This is one of the first homes we renovated for a local real estate agent. The home is located in Newport News, near the Michael’s Woods subdivision.

This house with a detached garage and carport had a lot of interior and exterior problems that needed to addressed.

The flower beds were rejuvenated with new shrubs and fresh mulch.

Every board on the deck except the posts were replaced. All the white fencing, railing and the steps were also replaced.

The rafters in the garage were rotted and needed to be replaced. The same situation existed in the carport. The  structural issues were addressed and then the exterior was repainted on both structures.

All the deck flooring boards were replaced.

We replaced and patched the sheet rock throughout the entire house.

We installed a new water heater in the master bedroom.

Master Bath

The kitchen needed some work as well. We painted the walls and replaced the sink in the kitchen. Also, installed new dishwasher and disposal.
